- Late payments may delay campaign execution
- Marketing platform ad spend (Google Ads, Meta Ads etc.) is separate from service fees
- All payments are non-refundable once services have commenced

All marketing strategies, campaign structures, creatives, and reports created by Growthxity remain intellectual property of Growthxity unless otherwise agreed.
Clients may use delivered marketing assets only for their business operations.
6. Limitation of Liability
Growthxity shall not be liable for:
- Business losses or revenue loss
- Advertising platform policy changes
- Account suspensions caused by platform violations
- Third-party service interruptions
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services rendered.
7. Website Use
